That’s why we created the Peak Dental Savings Plan. This is our in-house membership program designed to help individuals and families save on preventive, restorative, and surgical dental treatment.

Unlike traditional insurance plans, there are:

  • No yearly maximums
  • No waiting periods
  • No claim forms
  • No complicated approvals

Annual Membership Pricing

Primary Member: $549 per year

Secondary Member: $499 per year

Children (under 16): $459 per year

Payment is due at the time of registration. Benefits begin immediately.

What’s Included

Your membership covers essential preventive care and valuable savings:

Two professional cleanings per year

Two comprehensive dental exams

All necessary x-rays to complete annual exams

One annual emergency exam

Complimentary oral cancer screening

Complimentary intraoral photos

Complimentary periodontal probing

If additional cleanings are recommended, members receive 15% savings on those visits.

Additional Member Savings

Peak members also receive:

1

15% savings on periodontal scaling and root planning

2

15% savings on basic and major dental procedures (excluding surgical procedures)

3

10% savings on surgical procedures, including implants and implant prosthetics

4

10% savings on over-the-counter dental products

This makes the plan especially valuable for patients planning restorative or cosmetic treatment.
